When you purchase a Template you are in fact purchasing a license that allows you to use it.

If you buy a Mobilebat Website Template or the Mobilebar WordPress Mobile Website Plugin, you are allowed to use it alone or incorporate inside a bigger project.

If you don’t have the author written consens you can’t directly or indirectly license, sub-license sell or resell the purchased software.

You can use the Purchased Item in a personal work or in a commercial one (for example as part of a website).
You are allowed to modify the template as you prefer to incorporate it in your work, but you can’t modify the Copyright or the Autorship of the template to resale it as if it was your creation.

As Mobilebat Website Templates or Mobilebat WordPress Mobile Website Plugin are downloadable software, all sales are final and refound is not allowed. We invite you to try our demo versions of the Templates before buying it to make sure that the software works as you espected. Depending by the mobile device, the template can change their visual aspect.

The developer is not responsable for problems caused by the software to third party programs, and makes no reponsable for an incorrect use of the software.

There are two license types (read more):
- the single site license gives you permission to include the templates in a single project (for example a single website).
- the unlimited websites license gives you permission to re-use the templates in more than one project (unlimited websites).

When you buy a Template you declare you’ve read and agree this Agreement.
